Konzeption eines Informationsaustauschsystems für den liberalisierten Strommarkt auf Basis von objektorientierten und internetbasierten Technologien

Der liberalisierte Strommarkt erfordert einen intensiven Informationsaustausch zwischen den Marktteilnehmern. Die heute eingesetzten Informationssysteme sind bezüglich Konzepte, Hardware, Software und Datenmodellen in der Regel nicht kompatibel, was den einheitlichen und kostengünstigen Informationsaustausch einschränkt. Das Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung eines Konzeptes für einen zuverlässigen, gesicherten und automatisierten Informationsaustasch für m:n-Kommunikation zwischen Marktteilnehmern auf Basis moderner Informations- und Kommunikations- sowie Softwaretechnologien (z. B. Internettechnologie, Objektorientierte Analyse und Design (OOAD), UML, XML).

Information Exchange Network for the Liberalised Electricity Market with Object-Oriented and Internet-Based Technologies

The liberalised electricity market requires a dramatic increase in the exchange of information between the network operators, the energy producers, transporters and retailers. Unfortunately, the heterogeneous Information Technology's environments of these electricity actors make the exchange of information and data very problematic. They employ their own information, data, files, databases and application or calculation models consequently, to exchange and share data relevant to electricity market poses considerable difficulties. A reasonable information exchange in liberalised electricity market therefore requires an integration of applications and data belonging to the different market participants in a network. In this research work, a suitable method to automate information and data exchange between the complex assembly of the market participants by using Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) based on Internet Technologies is developed.
